Will PHONEHOOK hold my smart phone?

PHONEHOOK has be specially designed and tested to be compatible with a wide verity of smartphones and including some of the larger smartphones by being able to cater for up to a width of 830mm/3.27 inches. 

Here is a list of some of the popular smartphones you can use with PHONEHOOK

When can I use my PHONEHOOK on a plane?

It is recommended as per most airlines policy to use the PHONEHOOK on your tray table in the locked up position post take off when the seatbelt symbol has been turned off. PHONEHOOK can also be used on the tray table while down, if during this time the seatbelt sign is turned on due to turbulence we recommend you to secure you phone and PHONEHOOK.

Will PHONEHOOK hold my phone with its case on?

Yes our testing has shown compatible smart phones with standard cases will fit into your PHONEHOOK. Cases that fold open (e.g. the new Samsung cases) fit in your PHONEHOOK. Third part cases that fold open fit, some by the top part of PHONEHOOK closing down onto the fold of the case.

Where else can I use my PHONEHOOK?

PHONEHOOK is versatile and is excellent for holding your phone in many situations

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must  be un-used and in the original new condition. Cost of return shipping is at your cost.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How do I return my product(s)?

You have the right to receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 30 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged.

Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

For product exchange, please follow the return instructions. After we have received your product at our warehouse facility, we will refund the original order, and you can place a new one.

How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

What is the estimated shipping time?

All PHONEHOOKs are shipped by Australia Post with Tracking Numbers

Depending on the shipping location the delivery times are as follows on departure from our warehouse:

  • Standard Australian - 4 -5Business Days
  • Express Australian - Next Business Day (non Regional)
  • International Standard US/Canada - 6 Business Days
  • International Standard UK- 8 Business Days
  • International Standard NZ - 5 Business Days


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.
